• Keep the family & possessions safe while they live on-site
• Excavation of the backyard for the extension
• Installation of a new concrete floor and retaining walls
• Construct extension including matching new roof into the existing roof structure

• Full interior fit out including decorating
• Installation of a great new private deck on the west side for evening dining and entertaining using all stainless fixings and screws.

Right from the moment Hayden walked through our front door, I could sense he knew what he was doing. I thought I would go crazy with the mess while the extension was going on. In fact it was quite the opposite, I find my fortnightly grocery shop way more stressful. Hayden was very responsive, I could send him a text or email and he would reply the same day, if not within minutes of me contacting him. He kept us very involved in what was going on and made sure to give us updates as to the progress of the build. His team were absolutely amazing. Cannot find a single issue to fault them on, polite, courteous, showed up every morning right on schedule.
