Project Brief

Shari and Dominic’s home was lacking value due to poor cladding when they first bought the property. We met with them to discuss options to upgrade the exterior of their home, and after thoughtful discussion they were more than happy with our offer to restore value by replacing the current plaster cladding with new Linea Weatherboards. Not only does this improve the liveability and health of their family, but recladding their home also gave the exterior an instantly brand new aesthetic look. After noticing the great improvement of their home, Shari and Dominic decided to take the plunge to remodel two bathrooms and include a beautiful new ensuite for optimum luxury. We also helped them fully upgrade their kitchen to cater to their needs of casual dining and family interactivity. To further improve the health and wellbeing of their family, they decided to go the full mile and double glaze all windows to assist with temperature stabilisation over changing seasons, we believe this was a great decision that they will be thankful for in years to come. The final addition was a pristine glass balustrade on their balcony. The home overlooks a beautiful view across the North Shore from a high vantage point, so it would be a shame to cover it up with a tall wooden balcony. Instead they went with a sturdy, safe glass option to provide the ultimate flow between indoor and outdoor living. Congratulations Shari and Dominic for having faith in us to create the home of your dreams, we look forward to beginning work on your rental property too!
